Breakfast usually consists of yogurt, eggs, Omelette, olives and oil olives, orange juice, pancakes (Msemen), bread, honey, milk, tea, butter, and jam with different types ( Apricot, date, strawberry… etc.)
Lunch
Tea (served regularly from a meal to another), kebabs (chicken, lamb, and beef), Moroccan Salad, Moroccan Rice Salad, Moroccan Rice Tuna Salad, Moroccan Chickpea Salad, Local eggs Omelette, Pasta, fresh fruity dessert plate, orange slices with Cinnamon, and Mixed fresh fruit bowl.
Note: Lunch is generally made up of fresh fruit.
Snacks for breaks
Oranges, dates, dried fruits… etc.

Appetizers
Nomadic tea (regularly ritual served drink), and Moroccan Local Harira.
Main Course
Sand bread (bread baked naturally on charcoal above under sand), chicken tagine with lemons and olives, Moroccan Couscous, mixed vegetable tagine, lamb tagine, and beef tagine.

The sand bread except for breaks accompanies all meals.
