RESERVATIONS
By booking (confirming) a Sahara desert tour/ trekking trip, you will be accepting these conditions.
BOOKING PROCEDURES & PAYMENTS
After the agreement on the itinerary, invoice, and price, you will have to pay the initial 40% deposit of your invoice.
The accepted payment methods include PayPal (although there is a 3% fee for PayPal transactions), Visa, Master card, and Bank Transfer.
The remaining balance must be paid in cash (Dirham, USD, Euro, or pounds).
CHILDREN’ RESERVATIONS
Children can get special discounts on booking according to their ages.
CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING

Making changes to your booking can be done with no additional charges. Therefore, we recommend that you please contact as soon as possible and confirm with us your request in writing. However, in case that changes cannot possibly be made to your booking for whatever reason, you have the option to make your first booking on time, or cancel and pay the cancelation charges.

CANCELATION POLICY

If you want to cancel your Sahara Desert Tour/ Trekking trip, you have to inform us please in writing as soon as possible. The cancelation charge is contingent on the number of the days we have received your written cancelation notice before the arrival date.

If the Sahara Desert Tour/ Trekking Trip is:

  • At least 30 days before your arrival date, your first deposit is fully refundable (100%)
  • Canceled within 30 to 20 days of your arrival date, the deposit is 50% refundable.
  • Canceled within only 10 days of your arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Any special requirements that are important to your booking (dietary, medical, wheelchair assistance) or others must be informed before you book in writing.
INSURANCE
We do not provide any insurance. Therefore, we highly recommend that you look for an appropriate travel insurance.
PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
We take full responsibility to make sure that proper security measures are in place to secure the private and confidential information that you provide us during the booking.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We might update the terms at any time. Please check these terms from time to time to ensure you understand the terms applying at that time.
